Yes.  You can access our website and track your goods from time of shipment to delivery — and you can also call our office during our scheduled working hours and a customer service representative will give you all the information you need concerning your goods
It depends on the destination of the consignment. If the consignment is designated for delivery in Nigeria it takes approximately 5-7 working days and if Europe 5-8 working days.
The goods are shipped as packaged consignments which might consist of goods belonging to more than 2 individuals. However, you can provide us with a different clearing agent of your choice if your package alone weighs more than 100 lbs.

We will only deal with third parties that we trust to act in our customers’ best interests and who treat our customers’ information with the same stringent controls that we apply ourselves.
The shipping rate is calculated approximately on the basis of two main parameters – Weight and Location. However, the exact rate is known only after the shipment is packed. Once it is packed the volumetric weight is taken into consideration. The cost of a shipment can be affected by the amount of space that it occupies in the aircraft, rather than the actual weight. This is the volumetric (or dimensional) weight.
Pre-booking will ensure you have the least delays for the pick up of your goods. However, we will be able to confirm a pick up time when you call our office. Generally it will be within 30 minutes of your call. If there are any delays en route you will be notified.
We ensure perfect packing as per standards. Fragile items are labeled as FRAGILE so that special care is taken while handling them. For these kind of items a process called palletization is undertaken to ensure meticulous packing techniques are followed.
If any problems do arise, we will contact you as soon as possible.
If significant delays or any other problems are experienced that may jeopardize your delivery, Customer Services will contact you and seek your advice as appropriate.
Yes, your goods are insured and covered by our Goods in Transit insurance. Your goods are insured at no additional cost to yourself for £25,000 per consignment.
If you have goods that are more expensive please discuss at the time you are talking with our Customer Services

If you are an online customer, you can view the order under ‘order tracking’ and in most cases the signature and name of the person who signed will be visible, in the rare case that the POD is not available online please call our office and we will be pleased to fax or email a copy of the waybill.

Our office hours are 7:30 am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, however we do have drivers on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week, after hours orders must be pre-booked within regular business hours. When placing a call please provide us with the hours of operation for the shipper and receiver.
Bulky shipments are rated at 15 pounds per cubic foot. To calculate the weight of a bulky shipment multiple the Width x Height x Length in inches and then divide by 115. This will give you the weight.
If a place is closed when our driver attempts to deliver we can be given authorization to leave the goods or to mail slot the delivery if it is a document. If we arrive at a location and the company is closed we will call for further instructions. We can hold the delivery for a 2nd attempt or return it back if we are not given permission to leave or mail slot.
If our courier arrives and the pickup will not be ready within 5 minutes we will contact the customer for instructions. We can either come back when the delivery is ready and there will be a minimum charge for a no pick up (half of the regular rate) on the original order or the driver can wait. If the customer requests the driver to wait then there is a charge depending on the vehicle required to do the delivery.

We state the best service first, followed by all other possible options. This is especially helpful if you want short lead-times (e.g. the next day before 09.00, 10.00 of 12.00 noon)
